GAME ONLINE - NO SERVICE AT ALL
Placed an order online on the 8th of June 2020. On Friday i called the call center and spoke a consultant name Renay regarding delivery and how i can follow up on my order. She promised to call me back but didnt. I call the call center again a few days later spoke to the same consultant, she advised that shes sorry for not calling back and i should get my order by Tuesday 23/06/20 its now friday 26 June and no feedback at all. No apology or sms saying when delivery.
