Game Online - No delivery, no feedback

This is very concerning, I am reading all the bad reviews there are already for orders not being received. Why is the business not responding??? I was supposed to receive my order on 9 Dec 2022. No one is answering the phones and no one is answering the live chats. This is *****ing, taking my money, and not delivering my product!!!! This has to be escalated
