Game online nightmare

I ordered and paid for a product via Game online store. The estimated delivery was 7 days after the order. Nothing was delivered and after countless vales and airtime spent, they simply told me there6a problem at the warehouse and they can't release any products. No assurance for the customer. The refund process is another headache. The man on the ground must just accept the treatment but they are all too willing to accept your money and none of the respon6that comes with service delivery.
