Game Online (Mis)service

Purchased Generator online. Delivered not fit for use. Badly damaged. Reported immediately and received an email asking for photos. Sent photos of damage. Then no replies. Called Customer Centre and was promised a return call. Nothing. No feedback, no replies, no communication and no apology. Someone from Game management should come and read the reviews on here. If I had, I would not have dealt with them at all.
