Game - online ****mers

I recently made an online pruchae for a blender that was on special. The mone was deducted & I was under the impression that I would be able to fetch my order soon. After a few days, i received an email saying that the item is out of stock & I would be refunded. It is now going over 2 weeks & no refund has been done. The online agents keep pushing it further & further away, for me to get my money back. why should it take 7-14 working days for me to get my money back, when they took my money immediately for the purchase. The only response is that is it with the finance department & I should wait. Stop robbing people Game!!!
