Game online - Massmart SA sucky service

Bought a campchair online on Sep 24th. Game at mall of the South delivered an incorrect colour on 28th Sep thats not on the website and certainly not on CampMaster website. Anga/Osline organised a collection for exchange and received it on 15th Oct. Now nobody at Game knows nothing about the status. Massmart SA has a s**ty online service and can't get it right after all these years .
