Game online is very bad

I am very disappointed with game online. I purchased a freezer and I have not received any feedback from them. They don't answer their phones and they don't reply to any of my emails. They are very eager to take the customers money but once they have it the customer means nothing to them. I can't even get a refund because I can't get a hold of them
