Game online is unprofessional and ***********!!!!!

Game online store is the worst experience I have ever had, I placed an order for two items, only one was delivery. I contacted their call center and no one knew why that is until eventually someone I contacted via email came back to me and told me my other item is at a different location. It has been a month now an I am still waiting for the one item that was delivered. No one has contacted me after sending endless emails, the issue is still pending!!!!! I am annoyed and frustrated at the incompetence I have experienced!!!!
