Game online is the worst

To say I'm disappointed, upset and appalled by game online would be an understatement of the year. I bought a fridge on the 2nd of August, it was delivered damaged with wires hanging from the inside. I logged a complaint with game online sent pics and asked them to collect their fridge and I haven't gotten any valid feedback till this day. Whenever I call them to ask about my refund they say they're waiting for Hisense to authorize the collection of the fridge. When I ask the customer care agents to put me through to the person dealing with my case or 1 of the supervisors they say they're not "allowed" to do so, I asked them to forward me the mails between them and hisense they say that's also not allowed. I spent my last R4500 because I really needed the fridge after my old one stopped working. Word of advise don't buy big appliances from Game online. If there was an option to rate them zero I would but I'm gonna fight until I get my refund back.
