Game Online is Pathetic and Shambolic

I made on online order of 8 essential items on 29 March 2020.

To date, i have received only 4 of those items (over the different deliveries).

Today, i received an email from you confirming that all my items have been delivered. I called your contact centre and they could not give me an acceptatble answer to why the delivery of my items has to happen individually and probably take 4 months.

You should have not bothered with this shambles you call an online service.
