Game online is nasty

Purchased a washing machine with Game, it's the second week now and I have not received my machine. Everything I call, I'm told the courier will deliver by 6 and then next time it's 6:30. The worst service ever and a huge inconvenience for me and my family. I have kissed buying from this store goodbye. So upsetting 😡
