Game online is full of ********** hiding behind computers

I bought a 60cm oven and hob solid black stove online on the 7May 2020. On the 27 May (3 weeks later), I received an email informing that they have refunded my account without explaining the reasons. I contacted them in the 30th May2020 to explain why they refunded without any valid reasons, they could not explain only that they were out of stock. I questioned them as ti why they waited for 3 weeks to inform me a bout that, they had no answers. I indicated to them that I wanted the stove nothing else. From the 30th I have been sent from pillar to post. They keep on escalating the matter, no one is giving me any direction. They told me that they will contact thd other stores around me to collect the stove, I called the nearest stores and they have the stock.
