GAME ONLINE IS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE

I purchased an item from game on the 27th of November, today is the 10th of December 2021. I called and called and emailed and logged query's. not one person assisted me to locate my package, after hanging onto the line for 10 minutes, she gave me some bull**** story about how no one is picking up at the online division?? how is this my problem. I eventually asked them to refund me but was given a Reference number, with no indication of how or when this would happen.

They were quick to take my cash but cannot deliver a service. NEVER shop online at GAME stores, the staff are *********** and cannot track your parcel yet the status shows that the item was dispatched
