Game online is a *****ulent business, please do not order online from game

People please do not buy from game stores. I bought two panel heaters online which was never delivered. When i call customer service they say the heaters were handed to the driver but they cant get hold of the driver. They also say they cant refund me, the driver has to first return the goods to the store whereafter they will be able to process the refund. It is not my problem if their driver has gone missing. This is *****, please help where else can i report this
