Game Online is a **** show

I bought a product from Game Online which was the wrong product, I quickly tried to cancel and they did confirm that it was canceled two months ago, but even today I am still waiting for my refund, bad very bad customer service, I will never recommend that any of you use Game Online, ****ty campaign if you ask me, they reply late to your emails and give you a ****ty story about how sorry they are about me not receiving my refund and they are working tirelessly, which I don't understand and don't really give a ****, I just wanted my money back because they already have their product back
