Game online is a **** dont order anything

Very unprofessional one business I regret why I shopped from them instead of Makro, I ordered stuff online a week ago and no communication has been received from them instead I am the one calling and following up. The call centre and the store consultants very unprofessional and rude they need to be taken to a customer service training. At least let me know when I will get my orders or when it will be delivered. They keep telling me I should wait for an OTP pin. When and how long does it take to generate the OTP and collect my stuff. Spent worth loads of money for the customer service I have received from Game. I will never and ever buy anything online from Game because they clearly don’t know how to manage online purchases.
