GAME ONLINE IS A ****

Game online is a biggest **** I know, I bought a printer online @ Game on the 01/10/2020 which was delivered 7 days later...upon arrival I realized that it doesn’t have wireless connection I therefore can’t print using my phone or tablet...when I contact them they told me that they don’t have exchange or refund policies, when I told them that all platforms that I shop on have those policies they agreed to come and fetch their printer... till today 24 Dec I’m struggling to get hold of anyone who can tell me where my refund is or whether I can buy another printer with my credit...very disappointed with their service...no wonder their don’t grow and still look like ****a shops
