Game online is a ****!!!

Game online has the worse online shopping experience and costumer service, I would give them a -1 star rating if it was possible!! I bought an item online on the 27th of November 2019. After making payment, I didn't receive any communication with regards to shipping so I called 5 days after (on the 2nd of December 2019) and I was told the item will be delivered the next day which it didn't. I called again on Friday (6 December 2019) asking about the order's where about, the assistant dropped my call. Called again on 12 December 2019 asking about the order and I was told that the item is not in stoc****!.
