Game Online is a No! No!

Do not use Game for online purchases the return process is the worst went in store yesterday with invoice and item wrapped in original packaging they could not return it and refund me...just left the mall get a call can I please bring item back to the store...another phone call and email can i please take several photos of the item so that they can arrange pick up for the return...not impressed at all
