Game Online is a Nightmare

On black friday i purchased a fridge from Game Stores Online at 3am in the morning. I was sent a confirmation email with banking details of Game and DionWired online and emmediately made payment. It is mentioned that it takes 3 - 5 days to deliver. Because i wanted to confirm if they have received payment and when exactly will they probably deliver, no one in the online division is answering the phone. I called the Game head office, still no one answers the phone. I called atleast 5 game stores and no one answers, until finally someone from Game Mall of Africa Answers.

I asked if anyone could assist me, the only thing the lady said is that the online system is new and they cannot help me as they were not trained. They will call me back after they contact head office, which i doubt.

Utter bad service indeed.
