Game online ignore their customers

Rina Taute, on 5 January you responded the following on Hellopeter : "The matter will be referred to Senior Management who will contact you to discuss this matter. Please allow 24 hours for a response. " Today is the 9th. I've send more Emails but I'am totally ignored. I still have not received my delivery(Ordered on 23rd December) I still have not received feedback. Your service is realy not to be recommended
