Game online?? ********** service

I placed an order on 29th of April and waited almost a month for delivery. The items i ordered were essential so delivery could be done during level 4 lockdown. After waiting for order finally SOMETHING was delivered to me on May 23th. I ordered a total of 8 items but only received 2 of the items, after waiting a whole month. When i contacted customer service the person couldn't tell me where the rest of the items were. I asked for a refund and the order to be collected as im not interested anymore. Received an email last night that i got partially refunded??? Partially refunded where is the rest of my stuff so im still being charged for items i never received!!!! This is the most ********** customer service and i will never buy anything from game anymore!!!!
