Game online has no support what so ever!

I ordered a Fridge online on the 5th of December from Game online and they said I should expect delivery within 3 - 5 business days. I still have not received my order and today is the 13th of December. No one has called to explain or apologise for the delays. No one seems to know what is going on, I have been calling each morning for the past 3 days and they keep telling me the same thing of my order being processed while today I was told it's out of stock. WHY SELL SOMETHING YOU DON'T HAVE???? That is false advertising . I asked to cancel my order and no one seems to know how long this process will take. I am utterly disgusted at the service I have received from such a big store!!
