Game online , For groceries NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought groceries at game online on the 2nd of June and to my understanding groceries should take 24 hours max and they advised within 7-10 days.

All I have been getting is calls from consultants at crandlestone game store , checking if I received my order as they dispatched the next day and can’t get hold of the courier company they said. Hence they are calling daily to ask if I received my order, when I ask for the courier company name they tell me , they will call me back and nothing.

There is no click and collect option but can’t deliver , I’m tempted to do a refund but again scared that if I can’t get my groceries, which are are essentials refund will not be even processed.

I hope no one , I mean no one buys from game ever, and will make sure my friends and family don’t. They don’t even have a Twitter page, the Instagram page no one replies . My days (working/business days) ends on the 16th June , I shall wait and see !!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!
