Game online failing to deliver

I bought something online on a weekend the following monday I was told that my order was handed to the courier and would be delievered within 2 - 5 day, I waited the whole week nothing was done and there was no communication. Waited the second week Monday and Tuesday still nothing till I decided to contact them, they apologiezed and said the delivery was gonna be delivered within 2 day out of those 2 days the 1st day they failed and apologiezed 2nd day they didn't deliever and didn't even bother to communicate
