Game online essential items not delivered since 25 April 2020
I have bought online at game on 25 April 2020. On 04 May 2020 I received some of my essential goods but 4 items were still outstanding. I've been contacting Game via email with no replies and via their Smart Chat and tne only answer I get is that the query has been escalated. The consultants Maryam and Tanya has also assured me that I will be contacted via email.but till now I have not reveiced any form of communication from Game. I have send them one last email yesterday in the hopes that they would reply but nothing. This is totally unacceptable. All I want is for my essential goods to be delivered but they cant even give me a tracking number.
