Game online

So I bought stationery online almost 3 weeks ago . I got a email on the 5 January 2022 saying it's on the way to me . I still have not received my son's stationery . This is extremely pathetic . Everytime I call them I am being told that they can't get through to game n1 city. It's either they must up not only mine but many other orders . This is pathetic my son has no stationery . Some of us purchased early now have to wait until month end . I was told it's coming from game n1 city. Please don't buy from game again they are useless , you send emails and still no one gets back to you . Whoever is the store manager of n1 city should shame him or herself . Is this how you give customer service . Disgusting service
