Game Online - Don't order from them!!!!!!!

I ordered a dishwasher online on the 24th of September. The promise is 3 - 5 days. On day 5 I started getting suspicious and logged a call. On day 6 I again logged a call - amazing, you get told that you will get a reference number - but no. You get told your delivery will take place on day 7, but no!!!! Tonight I got a mail to say that my item was delivered!!!!! I have no item. I smell a rat!!!!!!
