GAME ONLINE - DON'T EVER TRUST THE 7 DAY DELIVERY PROMISE

Disgusting service from Game Online. I ordered and paid for a trampoline on special on 15 December 2021, feeling satisfied that they have a 7 day delivery promise and my son would receive his Christmas present before Christmas. On the 8th day after the order was place I decided to call Game to track the delivery, only to be told that they have NO STOCK. They are brave enough to advertise products and to take money knowing that they do not have stock. On the same day that I called (23 December 2021) my order was cancelled. No apologies, no anything. I called today and the refund will take 2-5 days yet they are so quick to take your money...GAME ONLINE SUCKS!!!!
