Placed an order Feb 12 2021 order number #***. My husband Phoned *** this morning spoke to Kaucher who initially cut him off. Then when he phoned back was told nothing had been done and what did he want to do. He requested an immediate refund. I have had cancer surgery, chemo and radiotherapy and find it hard to use the laptop and the phone is very small. The tablet is supposed to be something I can use in the meantime. Really? Not even a phone call?. I will never buy anything from your stores or online again. I hope many people read this review and take heed. You were fast enough to take the money, let's see how long it takes to refund it. After all the medical bills and stress I find this extremely distasteful and unnecessary. If will be followed up very quickly if nothing happens. I am extremely upset.
