Game online disappointment

Honestly I have no words when it come to the horrible service I have received at game online. I purchased my order on the 7th Dec now it's the 14th Dec nothing. I call everyday to ask when they are going to deliver it. They make promises that tomorrow the next day when you call to confirm they tell me the courier couldn't make a Exception so they will rebook. They is all I hear each time. I'm literally tired of this.
