Game online- Disappointing
I bought a King mattress protector set amongst other items from Game online on Black Friday 29 November 2024. I collected the other items however the matrass protector was not in stock and was told it would be delivered within 48 hours.
Upon numerous attempts and unfriendly staff at game Mthatha Plaza I only received delivery on 14th December 2024. What's even more disappointing is the dirty and unbranded packaging the items came in. There's even stains on the matrass protector and pillow protectors. It is like it was picked from a ******* bin. I'm so disappointed with Game and I'm never buying online from them again.
