Game Online didn't deliver my items.

I placed an online order with Game on 7 November 2018. The order consisted of the following items: DStv HD Decoder 4137 Fully Installed 5S and 5U RUSSELL HOBBS ULTRA STEAM SPRAY IRON ELLIES 5M Extension 1.0mm Light Duty Side By Side White SIMPLE CHOICE 4-Way 2 X 16A/2 X 5A Adaptor.

When my order arrived on 13 November, only the Decoder arrived. I called Game immediately and was told that, because the other items were not available here in Joburg they had to be dispatched from other places, but I should not worry because they are already dispatched and should arrive in 2 days. on November 20, I received an email from Game stating that my order was delivered with all the items, and I responded to tell them that I only received a Decoder. They told me that my order is with Courier. Till today I have been waiting and now they even stopped replying to my Emails.
