Game Online delivery longer than expected

To whom it may concern ,

I placed an order online and my order number is #*** . I placed this order on the 3rd December hoping for delivery on or before the 10-14 promised days that it states online when purchasing . I bought 2 products totaling 498 and 50 rand shipment and handling fee totaling R548.00 . I am very disappointed as I have not received the order as yet. I spoke to a Cedrick Vermaak who was very helpful on email and even emailed me back after he came from holiday that was on Sunday 27 December 2020 but have received no response since then , I am upset as these Items where meant to be Christmas gifts. I phoned the call center today and the operator tried to get through dispatch but he was unsuccessful . I am not asking for my airtime or data costs to be given back to me for chasing a product all I want is what I purchased to be delivered as promised - Please contact me on ***
