Game Online delivery

I will never ever use Game online delivery service again. I placed an order last week, was informed it's going to be delivered 14 October. On the 14 October, I made arrangements for someone to be by my house from 9am - 6pm, the delivery didn't happen. I re ied a call on 15 October stating they don't do deliveries over the weekends I need to do a followup on Monday. Monday the 17 October, it was confirmed by 3 agents and an email was sent to me stating delivery will take place Monday, I then made arrangements for someone to be by my house again, and yet no delivery by 6pm. A agent then contacted me stating that they will ne delivery Tuesday as the courier company will be in my. Finally the day has came, it's 18 October 15:38 and still no delivery. I had to buy airtime to call them, send emails to do follow ups. This is the worst experience EVER.
