Game Online Broken Products

On black Friday I purchased 2 x 160 Storage Boxes with wheels on the Game website. I thought this may be a great deal, unfortunately its one of the worst mistakes I ever made. When I received my two boxes, the one box was stacked within the other one, fully sealed with plastic wrap. I find the wrapping of these boxes very clever hence the reason that the 2nd box hidden had no wheels. Totally broken off. I contacted game and they told me to send an email. I sent the email - nothing happened. 7 DAYS LATER I sent another email and still no effort has been made to reach out to me, issue a return of help me with this broken product. Now currently 2 and a half weeks later. What ****es me off is the fact that it was cleverly packed inside even though the wheels are totally broken. I find this HIGHLY suspicious due to the mass amount of plastic it was sealed with - an unnecessary amount. I will never support game again or even rely on their customer support. Useless.
