Game Online are ******* and their support team is useless
Dealing with Game online and Game support has been nothing but grief & no solution. 1 of my items was not delivered & they sent me an email confirming that they have delivered all my good even after informing me that an item is missing.
I was emailed Game support on 04 December and I only got a response from Tamlyn Lockman on 09 December. Promised to get back to several times & had to constantly call, at time's she told me they are investigating.
I spoke to Lucia who promised to call me back the following day around 10am, also promised to resolve my issue.
Last person I spoke to wa Musa Sithole who promised that item will be delivered on Tuesday 17 December, instead I got an email today from Game confirming that I have received all my good.
I would advise everyone to stick to shopping online using Takealot, never shop online they are useless *******
