GAME ONLINE ARE *****S!!

Wow, Game... thanks for taking my money and sending me NOTHING in return!! I placed my order 26 Dec, received an email 28 Dec saying it's been dispatched and the courier will contact me. It's now 11 Jan and I'm still waiting for: 1. Answers to my emails I've sent 2. an agent to contact me as requested via your whatsapp service 3. your whoever to answer my FB messages (inbox) 4. my goddam order!!!!

My 3 kids are starting school next week and they have NO STATIONERY as Game seems to think its okay to take money for goods not delivered. Plus this ****ed off mama now has to go stationery shopping AGAIN!!!

So, everyone who is struggling to get ANYTHING from Game, please join me in lodging complaints with the consumer board. I'm also going to be seeking advice from my local SAPS in opening a case of ***** against Game ... I'll update this review with what they say can be done as this will need multiple people to open cases. While my order may not mean much to Game, Im sure there are plenty of people who have spent money that they actually COULDNT spend, on Christmas presents and stationery for their kids... only for Game to keep their money AND THEIR GOODS!!!! SHAME ON YOU, GAME!!! AND IF YOU EVEN BOTHER TO RESPOND HERE, THEN DONT BOTHER ASKING ME FOR MY ORDER NUMBER - YOU CAN CHECK YOUR EMAILS AND FACEBOOK PAGE INBOX!!!! I've sent it there numerous times!!
