Game online advertising unavailable stock

I have purchased the same weight plates on three separate orders from the Game online store. Each time the product was advertised as in stock and available only to have my order cancelled and I'm still waiting for the previous attempts refund.

Surely, if you don't have stock then how are we running orders to payment, taking the customers funds and then subject them to a lengthy refund process
