GAME ONLINE ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE

Shopping on Game online is the worst decision Ive ever made. I ordered and paid for a home theater and a tv on the 20th of November 2018, I only got delivery for the Home theater and 2 weeks later no TV. I have phoned this number ********** more than 20 times to ask when is the tv getting delivered, all they keep telling me is to send my query to ********** where my emails keep bouncing back because their mailbox is full. Nothing ever comes out of calling this number ********** , not a single person knows anything about anything, all they will say is they will escalate the issue, how many times does an issue need to be escalated before it gets resolved. Bought stuff online from the UK at the same time and i have already received delivery but Game Stores here in Joburg spends 2 weeks without a clue on delivery.
