Game online a disgrace!!!!

Ordered a washing machine, first week of August, everyday they have been trying to find the washing machine ,,,,,,,, they can't finding?? I mean come on it didn't take them very long to find the money off my credit card, this is appalling and shocking....I notice very similar comments on here
