Game online

I ordered an Telefunken tablet online from game when it arrived i opened it and the tablet screen was scratched and it didnt charge. I contacted game an said i must send fotos did everything and they said they will come back to me that 3 weeks ago and this is not acceptable u have to pay for something that is not even working
