Game online

I ordered items online on the 6th from Game . The only email I received was from them telling me my order is dispatched. Up to today I haven't received my order yet their delivery takes 7-10 working days. I calles them few times they just told me to wait as the items are at Game N1 . Yesterday I called again and spoke to someone who said she's gonna call me back well I have not head anything from them . I'm so so disappointed in their service.
