Game online

I bought a Hisense 299l Fridge online on 4th of March . They delivered it, but top fridge is not working, need to send an replacement. I phone many times, customer care says they are waiting for confirmation from Hisense. How long should i still need to wait?!!! . Dont buy anything from Game online!!!!!
