Game online

I'm very disappointed in Game. I made a online order for a alva gas /elec heater. A week went by and I had to mail them to ask when the units will be delivered another 3 days later I receive a mail saying that they are out of stock. In total it took 10 days. Again I mail and asked for a voucher so I could buy the units for the same price. I went to westgate myself to check for stock. Another 5 days later I get a mail saying the money will be back in my account within 5 days. No reply on my mail. So us as customer pay for the fact that they are neglectful when it comes tp customer service.
