Shopping online through Game has been an absolute nightmare. Ordered my childs school stationery on the 8th of January, received an email saying the order had been dispatched and I would get an sms from the courier regarding delivery. No sms no delivery, Game call centre agents kept telling they would call me back.... no joy. I eventually got hold of an agent Gerrie Willenberg that really tried to assist but the point is no one could give me a date of delivery. I have now cancelled the order and have to wait 7-14 days for a refund. Shocking service
