Game online is the worst customer experience I have ever had. I would strongly advise that you DO NOT buy a bicycle online from them.

15 Jan 2019, 20:45I received an automated response with a reference number but as expected another deadline was missed and another promise broken. The reply states please allow 24 hours for a response - it has now been more than 3 days and I have still not heard from anyone. Absolutely ridiculous. GAME obviously is sending a strong message that their customers are NOT important.
