Game Online

Purchased a cellphone online - Samsung A31 on the 4 April 2021. Added it to my basket and made payment. Two days later order cancelled due to NO STOCK. Why was i allowed to make payment if there was ZERO STOCK? This was a Blue Tag special so i am currectly waiting for a refund which they say will take 2-3 working days. So i called Incredible Connection and they have plenty stock however BLUE TAG sale ends 11 April 2021. So by the time i recieve my refund, it would be too late and i would of lost out both ways. Really disappointed. Game is just useless.
