GAME ON LINE SHOPPING HORROR

Purchased a TV though the Game Online Store on the 27 May 2022, paid for the order. Advised to collect the TV on the 2nd June at Game Boksburg, only to be told that our TV was sent to Game Polokwane. Since then despite numerous e-mails calls, request for a Manager to contact us. We still do not have our TV. Shudder to think how we will get a refund, considering the poor service we have had so far. 8th June. DO not recommend this on line shop at all.
