Game on-line shopping disaster

Game on-line shopping is atrocious!! After following up on my order to 3 weeks to no avail, I was then told they were out of stock. I find this strange as a their competitor delivered to my door within 5 days. It is the same brand, colour, product code etc. I now cannot get them to refund me for a product I have not received. What does one do about this?
